Attorney Laura Frances Seraso provides legal support and consultations in all aspects of civil litigation, in both state and federal courts. She conducts client interviews, pre-lawsuit research and strategy, drafting initial pleadings, drafting applications for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctive relief, drafting discovery, conducting depositions, drafting all types of motions, including summary judgments, court appearances, all trial preparation including briefing, and motions in limine and second chairing trials.
